I have been working for OSCE Office Rahovec/Orahovac as a security guard.I started working with OSCE office Rahove/Orahovac as a security guard, from September 1999, my employment ended on 31 December 2005.My designated duties were the general security of the building, checking of staff and visitors and reporting any incidents that occurred during my shift. I was also responsible to act as a radio operator and perform security reception duties. During emergency situation/evacuation exercises I had to act as response team member being responsible for the recovery of the staff from their accommodation. I got several times also other security related tasks and showed flexibility and willingness to volunteer for any additional tasks. During my work with the OSCE I have been a very professional and one of the most reliable team members. In a short time I accumulated experience and knowledge proving leadership qualities, acting also with success as a security shift leader. I always performed my duties to a very good standard. I have a very friendly and likeable personality, politeness, and my strong point were team spirit . I have an extensive experience preparing and broadcasting of shows, news and other Radio/TV products working with local Radio Station Start Radio in Rahovec/Orahovac and RTV Balkan in Prizren. In a short time I accumulated experience and knowledge proving leadership qualities, acting also with success as a broadcaster and Marketing Manager. I always performed my duties to a very good standard. I have a very friendly and likeable personality, politeness, and my strong point were team spirit .My English ,Albanian ,Serbian language and computer skills are good. During my work with Start Radio and RTV Balkan, I have successfully cooperated with colleagues of different backgrounds and cultures. I have also developed very good cooperation with Serb officials in our areas. In numerous occasions they have expressed appreciation for my impartial and quality performance ofduties.
